the location was really good. my room was clean. the bed was comfortable. i was happy with my stay.

the ventilation system in my room stopped working for 3hrs in the early evening. the noise levels were high throughout the whole night. the ventilation restarted the next morning.

mixed feelings about this place

entry code problem low water pressure

the location was quite central. it was close to the train station and that helped a lot.

The check-in process was frustrating. i was supposed to get the entry code by 3pm, but it didn't arrive. I had to wait outside. the shower had low water pressure, i told the hotel, though no one ever fixed it.

fantastic stay!

renovated room clean room great location

the room was newly renovated and clean. i really liked the insulated windows because they blocked all street noise. the location was superb, only a short walk to the train station and lake!!!

the ventilation system stopped working for several hours one evening, impacting my sleep.

The accommodation is close to the main train station and downtown areas. it takes only about five minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. many attractions near the lake are easily accessible from this location. It's so convenient!

the staff allowed guests to leave their bags both upon arrival and departure. customer service swiftly addressed my issue. a cleaning lady mentioned to a technician that the a/c was not working in one of the rooms.

low water pressure housekeeping issue

The location was excellent, placing me right by many restaurants and shops. It was indeed handy for bus trips and the train station.

There was a problem with the shower. The water barely came out of the shower head. Supposedly it's for water conservation but it was a pain! housekeeping was not daily, which became an issue .

The location is great. It is near bus stops and Gare Cornavin. Shops are also very plentiful! The rooms are clean and modern. The rooms are nice.

The A/C was not working in the summer. There was no ventilation. The room was very small.
